Nex Venture was established in April 2002 and carries the vision of providing cost effective IT products and services to businesses. We launched our eCondo websites in 2007 as a response to the tie up we had with real estate and condominium developers who seek infrastructure consultations for internet-ready individual condominium units. Some of these condominium communities have existing websites nobody knew how to maintain while others are looking for solutions to enhance their administrative work.
